About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to identify, qualify, and engage high-quality leads for our executive search services. As a key member of our team, you will focus on generating new business opportunities through research, outreach, and nurturing client relationships, supporting our goal of connecting organizations with exceptional leadership talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify prospective clients in key industries and target markets.
  • Use CRM systems to manage and track lead information, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-ups.
  • Qualify leads by assessing company needs, understanding decision-making structures, and identifying contact points within target organizations.
  • Develop and execute outreach campaigns (email, phone) to introduce our services and establish initial interest.
  • Work closely with the sales team to transition qualified leads and assist in the development of tailored client proposals.
  • Analyze and report on lead generation performance and suggest improvements for campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential market shifts to refine lead generation strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a similar role, ideally within recruitment or professional services.
  • Strong research skills and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with potential clients.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding lead generation targets.
