This is a highly coveted opportunity for an exceptional individual who has a deep understanding of the startup fundraising landscape and can contribute significantly to the growth and development of a rapidly expanding company.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate development, a proven track record of successful fundraising, and excellent relationships with investment banks, venture capital firms, and other key players in the ecosystem.

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our fundraising efforts, drive strategic growth initiatives, and manage investor relations. The right person will have a deep understanding of the fundraising process, be able to analyze market trends, and develop effective strategies to drive business growth through capital raising efforts.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the fundraising process, building and leveraging relationships with investors, working closely with the founder and executive team to define strategic priorities, driving the due diligence process, and analyzing market trends and competitive landscapes.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have at least 8-10 years of total experience, with at least 5+ years at a high-growth startup or working with an Investment Bank, raising funds for a growth round and handling corporate development initiatives.

Key requirements include a proven experience raising growth capital rounds for startups, strong relationships with investment banks, venture capital firms, and other key players in the fundraising ecosystem, a deep understanding of the venture capital and private equity landscape, including fundraising processes, investor expectations, and deal structuring.

A solid understanding of legal and financial documentation requirements in fundraising, ability to manage complex negotiations and relationships across multiple stakeholders, strong strategic and analytical thinking, with a focus on driving business growth through capital raising efforts.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
