Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement proactive recruitment strategies tailored to meet the organization's evolving needs.Create and maintain a diverse talent pipeline comprising prospective employees, freelancers, and interns.Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align recruitment efforts accordingly.Establish and maintain relationships with academic institutions, professional organizations, and other talent sources to tap into emerging talent.Conduct competitor research to identify potential candidates with the required skill sets and approach them strategically.Manage multiple recruitment pipelines for various roles, including interns and need-based hiring.Leverage Zoho Recruit and other HR tech platforms for talent sourcing, candidate tracking, and data-driven decision-making.Create and manage job postings across multiple channels, including job boards, intern platforms, and recruitment agencies.Design and execute employer branding initiatives on LinkedIn and other platforms to enhance visibility and attract top talent.Manage recruitment campaigns and forms with attention to detail and efficiency.Qualifications and Skills:
