Job Summary

The Strategic Talent Acquisition Manager plays a critical role in shaping the organization's recruitment strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This position involves developing and implementing cutting-edge recruitment tactics, managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, and collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and build a strong talent pipeline.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates across all levels and functions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to source potential candidates.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, candidate communication, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external recruitment agencies, and educational institutions to enhance the talent pipeline.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and talent selection decisions.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and data to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8 to 10 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR, ideally in a leadership role, with a preference for experience in the manufacturing or deep tech industry.
  • Experience managing recruitment for non-technical positions across all levels, from entry-level to the highest seniority.
  • Strong skills in Reporting, HR analytics or data analysis.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and other HR tools.
