Job Purpose: As a strategic business application manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the next chapter of engagement and growth strategy for Onsitego. You will work cross-functionally to break down complex problems into actionable steps that drive product development, adoption, and engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain business applications aligned with company objectives.
  • Integrate data sources between applications to ensure accurate information for planning and reporting purposes.
  • Collaborate with end-users to understand their needs and translate requirements into effective solutions.
  • Train and support end-users and clients to utilize business applications effectively.
  • Implement changes based on feedback and changing business needs.
  • Develop and review product requirements documents (PRD).
  • Work with senior product managers and/or executive teams to create product plans and roadmaps.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience managing high-growth consumer or SaaS products.
  • Background in engineering along with an MBA degree is preferred.
  • Prior experience working with different stakeholders in highly regulated and competitive landscapes is beneficial.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop product features and growth hacks using product management tools and frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.

Estimated Salary: ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
