Strategic Arbitrage Partner Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join us as a 40% Equity Partner in our Dubai-based Exempt Fund. As a Strategic Arbitrage Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the fund's long-term growth roadmap and overseeing portfolio execution, risk controls, and auditor reporting.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Direct day-to-day operations of the fund's arbitrage trading strategy

• Ensure risk-adjusted capital allocation and regulatory compliance

• Interface with auditors, administrators, and regulators

• Develop investor confidence through transparent reporting and governance

This is not an employee role but a strategic partnership with equity ownership, designed for an individual who can bring both capital and leadership.

Candidate Profile

To succeed in this role, you will have a strong background in Fund Management, Quantitative Finance, or Hedge Fund Operations. You will also possess a deep understanding of arbitrage, risk-neutral trading strategies, and fund structures. Additionally, you will have proven ability to manage regulatory, legal, and reporting frameworks and an entrepreneurial mindset with ability to invest personal capital and grow equity value.
