Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team in India. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating enquiries and finalizing orders, contract management, forecasting, and target setting.
You will work closely with customers, architects, and consultants to assess their requirements and develop and increase the customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Generating enquiries and finalizing orders
- Contract management, forecasting, and target setting
- Meeting customers, architects, and consultants to assess their requirements
- Developing and increasing the customer base
- Understanding product strategy & market trends for allotted territory
- Identifying and maintaining rapport with key persons in major customer organizations
- Preparing and maintaining customer database
- Establishing product strategy for allotted territory or account depending on market trend
- Market survey, knowing competitors, generating, and attending new inquiries
- Preparing sales negotiation data sheet
- Preparing and submitting model elevator proposals & attending negotiation meetings
- FOLLOWING UP ON PROPOSALS AND TENDERS, Negotiation and finalizing of orders, Processing of orders received
- Co-ordinating SIP (Sales-Installation) meetings

About You
