EV Sales Executive

At Refining Skills Academy, we're seeking a skilled Electric Mobility Solutions Specialist to join our team. As an EV Sales Executive, you will play a key role in promoting and selling AC and DC EV charging solutions to non-residential clients, expanding our presence in the EV market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development: Build and nurture relationships with businesses to promote AC and DC EV charging stations, understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Travel & On-Site Engagement: Actively travel to meet potential clients, understand their requirements, and offer technical and commercial solutions.
- Proposal & Documentation: Prepare compelling emails, PowerPoint presentations, and detailed proposals to close deals and support the business.
- Market Research: Stay updated on the latest trends in the EV market and competitive landscape, offering insights to drive sales strategies.
- Assertive Outreach: Be assertive in your approach, a go-getter who is motivated to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.
- End-to-End Sales: Cover the entire range of EV charging solutions, including both AC and DC infrastructure, from lead generation to contract finalisation.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3-5 years in sales, preferably in EV or a related technical field. Previous experience in working with non-residential clients is a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication skills in English; ability to prepare and present proposals, reports, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with the full range of EV charging systems (AC & DC).
- Personality: Assertive, self-motivated, and a go-getter attitude.
- Travel: Comfortable with regular travel to meet clients and prospects.
