Role and Responsibilities:

  • Boost Productivity of EV Sales Executives (DSE) and outdoor Test Drive Executives (TDE)
  • Ensure Customer Care Executive availability and competency building
  • Closed Loop Feedback (CLF) and Post Sales Feedback (PSF) adherence
  • Process and Standard adherence

Requirements:

  • Candidates with experience in 2W dealership/Agency required as Sales Trainer, but having 4W experience and openness to 2W segment considered
  • 20-22 days of travel per month across the region
  • Regional language mandatory
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience
