Senior Nutraceutical Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic leader with a passion for driving growth in the nutraceutical industry to lead sales, marketing, and business development in the region. This role presents an opportunity to expand market presence, forge strong partnerships, and ensure success.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as a strategic thinking approach and problem-solving abilities.
The responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading and managing key accounts to build lasting relationships and foster growth
- Developing trust with stakeholders, ensuring loyalty and long-term success
- Understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions
- Strengthening relationships with existing customers through valuable solutions
- Ensuring timely delivery of products and services
- Serving as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams
- Resolving customer issues to maintain satisfaction and trust
- Driving new business for long-lasting partnerships and growth
- Using metrics to create regular progress reports and forecasts
The successful candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree (Science-related preferred); MBA is a plus
- 15+ years in sales/business development within the nutraceutical or dietary industry
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and driving international growth
- Strong knowledge of the nutraceutical industry and market dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities
