Job Title: Enterprise Program Manager

At Tata Consultancy Services, we're looking for a seasoned professional to lead our delivery teams in India. As an Enterprise Program Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality results.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, with at least 10 years of experience in managing large-scale projects. A good understanding of payments products implementation, process improvement initiatives, and conflict resolution is essential.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Managing cost and budgets effectively
  • Coordinating onsite and offshore teams
  • Providing regular progress updates to stakeholders
