Sales and Business Development Leader

Main Responsibilities:
- Developing new business pipelines in DuPont's specialty silicone additive masterbatch and TPE/TPO thermoplastic compound product lines
- Effectively managing channel partners and direct accounts by enhancing demand forecasts, inventory management, and relationship building, and key account planning
- Collaborating with Marketing, Product Management, and R&D/TS&D functions to identify prospective customers in strategic and tactical segments to meet team and individual growth objectives and financial matrix
- Monitoring competition and sharing market intelligence and customer insights with the Marketer and Commercial Leader
- Actively participating and engaging in regional and country sales and cross-functional meetings and activities
- Organizing and facilitating product training sessions at and with channel partners
- Other assignments as designated
Qualification:
- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in chemical, material science, or plastic backgrounds
- A minimum of 5 years' commercial &/or technical experience in polymer compounds and specialty additives, with experience with Automotive value chain experience being preferred
- Excellent demand generation, KA management experience and skills, with strong business acumen, and the ability to innovate and execute business strategies effectively
- Excellent pipeline development and project management capabilities
- High motivation and capability in business development as well as channel management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, with strong sense of ownership and accountability, fast learning and self-driven
- Excellent interpersonal skills across a broader variety of functions and able to work independently as well as a team player
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Flexible with frequent business travels
Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience. DuPont offers a competitive compensation package, including bonuses and benefits, to attract and retain top talent.
