Job Title: Business Development Executive

Job Overview:

Savvy Search is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth, identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and expand the customer base. Your role will involve market research, lead generation, client relationship management, and sales strategy implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies with company goals.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Contribute to the development of sales processes and tools to enhance sales performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • At least 4-6 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the automobile industry.
  • Proven skills in client engagement and relationship building.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving skills.

Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from Rs. 360000 to 600000 (LPA) with monthly performance-based increments and incentives.
