Strategic Business Development Manager

Decimal Technologies is a leading fintech in India with major banks as its customers. We have a lending marketplace that digitizes offline channels and enhances credit access in India.
Vahana, our 'No Code Application Development' platform, has been perfected over 8 years and is used by major banks and NBFCs in India. It's now ready for international expansion.
We're looking for a highly motivated Senior Sales professional to foster CXO-level relationships and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand clients' strategic goals and position our solutions as valuable assets.
- Develop sales plans, strategies, and policies to increase market share and profitability.
- Pursue new business opportunities within the BFSI market, focusing on strategic accounts.
- Nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at the CXO level.
- Lead pricing negotiations and bring together internal and external stakeholders to close license sales.
- Propose innovative solutions and create opportunities for business growth.
- Meet targets with the right mix of logo acquisition, ARR, ACV, and contract length.
- Collaborate with legal teams to review contracts and report on sales performance.
