Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Corporate Sales Executive to play a pivotal role in driving our sales strategy. This role is perfect for individuals eager to make an impact in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Sales Growth: Manage and grow our sales pipeline by targeting both IT and non-IT corporates.
Customer Engagement: Engage HR, Admins, and Facility Managers with the exciting possibilities Frutta offers.
Sales Conversion: Convert leads into sales by effectively negotiating and overcoming objections, closing contracts, and ensuring timely payment.
Event Planning: Develop annual and half-yearly calendars for corporate events to maximize order conversions.
Innovation & Networking: Find creative ways to connect with potential clients using social media and other platforms.
Target Achievement: Plan and prioritize customer meetings to consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
Progress Reporting: Report daily on sales calls, conversions, and upcoming plans.
Requirements:
Experience: 2-5 years in corporate sales, ideally within mid-sized companies.
B2B Expertise: Strong background in B2B sales with a focus on admins and HRs.
Drive & Ambition: You're driven, ambitious, and ready to grow with us.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills to clearly present our brand and offerings.
Travel Comfort: Comfortable with extensive travel within Chennai.
Results-Oriented: You thrive in a target-driven environment and love the challenge of concept selling.
Attention to Detail: Consistent with documentation and daily reporting.
