Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Sales Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive corporate sales revenue and achieve business objectives in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive corporate sales revenue and achieve business objectives.">
  • Identify and target corporate clients, including multinational corporations, businesses, and organizations, to generate new business opportunities.">
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions to meet their requirements.">
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales targets and performance goals.">
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of corporate sales initiatives and deliver exceptional customer service.">
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.">
  • Prepare and present regular reports and analysis on corporate sales performance, market trends, and business opportunities to senior management.">
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote corporate sales and enhance brand visibility.">

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.">
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the travel industry, with at least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.">
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve targets and objectives.">
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients.">
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives.">
  • Results-oriented with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving business goals.">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.">
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.">

Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
