**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Tax Director to join our growing global tax team. This role will focus on corporate income tax operations, including quarterly global tax provision, tax compliance, controversy, process improvement, and automation.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Support the quarterly and annual global tax provision and related financial statement disclosures.
- Manage and drive process innovation in federal and state income tax compliance operations and coordinate tax SOX controls compliance.
- Support federal and state income tax audits, dispute resolutions, and other controversy.
- Assist with various special tax projects (tax automation, process improvement, software implementation, R&D incentives, etc.).
- Manage local tax team.

**Requirements**

- Proven track record of balancing multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholder expectations across multiple jurisdictions
- Proven understanding of GAAP accounting for income tax (ASC 740) and experience with Onesource tax provision software
- Strong communication, with the ability to work effectively with the global team
- Forward thinking tax and technology enthusiast
- Experience in a Big 4 and/or a publicly traded multinational company focused on corporate income tax

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Self-starter with drive and a team-player and ability to accurately identify problems and apply efficient problem-solving skills to drive resolution
- Advanced degree in tax or accounting from a top University OR Chartered Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst, or similar qualification
- Strong user and quick learner of technology and systems, including, but not limited to, Workday, MS office, Google suite, Alteryx, Onesource, etc.

**Estimated Salary:** $145,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
