Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Director to join our team, responsible for leading our tax strategy and ensuring compliance with local and federal tax laws across Asia. This role will play a critical part in driving business growth and maintaining a strong reputation in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tax Compliance: Oversee all aspects of indirect tax filings, income tax, and business & property tax, working closely with regional finance teams and external tax advisors.
  • Indirect Tax Strategy: Develop and implement effective frameworks for accurate and timely preparation and filing of monthly tax returns across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Income Tax Management: Manage and supervise income tax reporting, including estimated payments and annual filings, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data.
  • Transfer Pricing: Own the global transfer pricing framework, methodology, and documentation, ensuring contemporaneous updates and defensible charges.
  • Tax Audits and Investigations: Act as the primary point of contact for tax audits and inquiries, responding to investigations from tax authorities and developing strategies to minimize audit exposure.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Qualified Chartered Accountant with a robust background in public accounting and at least 4 years of specific tax experience.
  • Experience: High proficiency in tax, accounting, and office software, with expertise in tax code, compliance, and procedures.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the energy sector, project life cycle, and asset management.
What We Offer
