Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our efforts in acquiring and maintaining corporate accounts across multiple states and pan India requirements.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with a proven track record of success in handling corporate key accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for scouting new business opportunities, maintaining CRM relationships, and ensuring timely execution of client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new corporate account opportunities that align with our market growth strategy
  • Maintain and develop existing corporate relationships through effective CRM management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and deliver tailored solutions
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) and MBA/BBA
  • Minimum 2-4 years of overall sales experience, preferably in corporate account management
  • Proven sales track record with a strong understanding of market dynamics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and handle uncertainty
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint

Compensation Package:
