    • Sales: Achieve sales targets as per Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and monthly/quarterly plans.">
    • Closes sales bookings with customers.">
    • Proposes schemes to reduce slow-moving inventory and facilitate fast inventory movement.">
    • Drive new sales through loyalty/referral/corporate sales channels.">

    • Lead Generation & Servicing:">

      • New lead generation through direct channels - loyalty/referral/corporate sales.">
      • Timely lead servicing of leads assigned on Salesforce.">
      • Ensure assigned leads are converted into customer visits at site.">

      • Ensure the team responds to customer queries sent via email within agreed timelines.">
      • Respond to complex/difficult customer queries.">
      • Ensure all documents related to every customer are properly maintained.">

      • Comply with company-defined guidelines and processes.">
      • Adhere to project timelines.">
      • Identify processes/procedures in own work area that need improvement.">
      • Undertake process improvement activities in own work area.">
      • Recommend process improvement ideas to streamline efficiency/costs/productivity.">
