About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Director to lead our Track and Trace division in the West and South regions. As a key member of our team, you will drive sales growth, develop business strategies, and foster strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Leadership & Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Track and Trace solutions, achieve region-specific sales targets, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key pharmaceutical clients, understand their needs, and tailor Track and Trace solutions to meet their compliance requirements.
  • Business Development & Market Expansion: Identify new sales opportunities, explore new business avenues, and conduct presentations to secure new business and expand existing accounts.
Requirements
  • Total Work Experience: Minimum 8+ years in sales, with at least 2-3 years of experience in selling Track and Trace solutions, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Professional Experience: Experience in sales of Track and Trace/compliance solutions or related technologies within the pharmaceutical sector, demonstrated success in managing regional sales teams, and achieving sales targets in a competitive market.

  • Leadership and Team Management: Strong ability to lead, manage, and motivate a sales team to reach individual and team goals.
  • Sales Expertise: In-depth understanding of sales strategies, business development, and sales cycle management.
Compensation and Benefits

Up to ₹16 Lakhs per annum, based on experience and qualifications. This position offers a dynamic opportunity for an experienced sales leader to contribute significantly to business growth while ensuring client satisfaction and successful project execution.
