We are seeking an experienced Associate Director - Sales to join our team at Network People Services Technologies Ltd. (NPST- Banking and Payment Solutions). As a Sales Director, you will play a key role in driving business growth across the BFSI segment, specifically in payment software for banks and regulated entities.

Job Description:

  • Connect with banks and proven experience of success in sales.
  • Ability to work independently with a proven track record of creating and executing partnerships with key accounts/alliances that drive measurable business results.
  • Drive captive business growth across existing business & identify new business opportunities with yearly revenue & margin accountability.
  • Engage with CXO level executives at the captives.
  • Identify areas and opportunities within the customer organization that can benefit from Company products & services and close such opportunities.
  • Plan & drive the sales effort by building structured pipelines, solutions, winning proposals and ensuring engagement initiation.
  • Negotiate with customers on delivery milestones and commercials.
  • Directly Own the account plans, Revenue targets, forecasting revenue, order book, maintaining and growing pipeline.
  • Work with internal support functions such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Legal, Finance, Product/Pre-sales etc. to drive necessary support for account growth.
  • Develop a network of direct and indirect sales teams for generating leads and business.
  • Establish new relationship, nurture existing relationship, train & pitch the NPST products.
  • Manages relationship with key clients through business/technical expertise and as a trusted advisor.

About You:

  • You should have 10-12 years' experience in software or platform sales with a strong background in payments experience.
  • Good understanding of the market, with strong market client contacts and proven experience (In banking sector).
  • Strong knowledge of IT & Fintech service offerings including regulatory changes, digital initiatives, enterprise application services, cloud & IT infrastructure management, custom application services.
  • Candidate having good knowledge on Payment products like UPI, BBPS, IMPS and Merchant Acquiring platforms is a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial skills, ability to observe, innovate and own your work.
  • Influencing skills and the ability to create positive working relationships with team members at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborative approach and work with perfection as a group effort to achieve organization goal.
