You will oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure using cutting-edge tools and techniques to engage potential clients, build lasting relationships, and deliver tailored solutions.

In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales process, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, proactively researching and identifying potential clients, and executing outreach through various channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversight of the sales process to ensure exceptional client experiences
  • Development and implementation of sales strategies aligned with growth objectives
  • Proactive research and identification of potential clients using prospecting tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, and others
  • Execution of outreach through email campaigns, phone calls, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms
  • Management of leads within the CRM for efficient follow-ups and pipeline tracking
  • Persuasive communication skills to resonate with potential clients
  • Application of lead-generation techniques and data-driven insights to optimize targeting and improve conversion rates
  • Creation and delivery of tailored PowerPoint presentations showcasing Enqos services
  • Maintenance of lasting client relationships and provision of customized solutions
  • Collaboration with internal teams for seamless project handovers and alignment with client expectations
  • Regular updates on progress and analysis of sales metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • 4+ years of end-to-end sales experience with expertise in lead generation, strategic execution, and client management
  • Demonstrated proficiency in prospecting tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms
  • Strong communication skills with a sales-driven mindset and experience using CRMs and executing outreach via LinkedIn, Instagram, and email campaigns
  • Proven ability to create and deliver impactful presentations tailored to client needs
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, lead-generation strategies, and client engagement techniques
