Global Business Growth Specialist

As a Global Business Growth Specialist at UpGrad, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expansion of our bank's products to new customers.
Your primary responsibility will be to sell bank products to new customers, leveraging your exceptional communication skills and ability to work under pressure. You will be required to participate in off-site marketing activities and travel locally to meet new customers on a daily basis.
You will be responsible for selling banking and third-party products such as Current Accounts, Saving Accounts, Term Plans, Credit Cards, and Debit Cards to customers based on their needs. Additionally, you will handle customer queries and ensure that they have a seamless experience with our bank.
To succeed in this role, you will need to achieve targets assigned by the organization within an initial 6 months. This includes selling banks and third-party products to new customers, conducting marketing activities, and traveling locally to meet new customers.
You will also be responsible for contacting existing customers for more deposits and cross-selling of more products. Your key performance indicators will include achieving sales targets, completing learning activities conducted by the bank, and following all compliance guidelines.
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who is able to work successfully as part of a team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent lead generation and conversion skills, good communication skills in both English and the local language, and the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities- Selling of banks and third-party products (Current Account, Saving Account, Term Plan, Credit Card & Debit Card) to new customers
- Conducting marketing activities and traveling locally to meet new customers as a daily activity
