Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Sales Business Development Manager to drive international sales growth and expand our global footprint.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute International Sales Strategy:
    Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies. Set and achieve sales targets, expanding our international customer base.
  2. Build and Maintain Strategic Partnerships:
    Identify, develop, and nurture relationships with key partners, distributors, and suppliers. Collaborate with partners to drive joint business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
  3. Lead Cross-Functional Teams:
    Work closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success) to align strategies, share best practices, and drive business outcomes.
  4. Conduct Market Research and Analysis:
    Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs. Analyze sales data, market research, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
  5. Develop and Manage Sales Forecasts and Pipelines:
    Create and manage accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and reports. Identify and mitigate sales risks, developing strategies to overcome obstacles.
Key Qualifications
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in sales, business development, and international market expansion.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to develop and execute international sales strategies.
Estimated Salary Range

Roughly between ₹14 lakhs to ₹18 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
