**Job Title:** Global Sales Development Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Development Manager to join our team at TTK Prestige Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across our key markets in North Tamil Nadu.
About You:
To succeed in this position, you should have a strong background in sales management, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven sales strategies. Your ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales plans will be crucial in achieving our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth across key markets
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales planning
- Build and maintain relationships with key distributors and dealers to ensure seamless product distribution
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets
- Provide coaching and guidance to field force teams to enhance their sales skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-14 years of experience in sales management, preferably in FMCD/Consumer Durable/Electrical & FMCG sectors
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with adaptability and flexibility to meet changing business needs
Compensation Package:
We offer a competitive salary of ₹35 lakhs per annum, along with additional benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and performance-based bonuses.
