Key Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Growth Specialist at WORKSENT. Estimated salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum.
**Job Summary:**
The ideal candidate will have exposure to global markets, preferably North America, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging potential clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Identify potential customers and key decision-makers within target companies through market research.* Reach out to leads via various channels (emails, calls, etc.) and schedule meetings with Sales Managers for further discussions.* Maintain and update the HubSpot CRM with accurate lead information, ensuring the sales pipeline is effectively managed.* Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and conferences to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.* Collaborate with content and design teams to create and execute targeted messaging and lead-generation campaigns.
**Qualifications and Skills:**
We require prior experience in BDR and lead generation roles, with a focus on global markets (North America preferred). The successful candidate must possess strong research and analytical skills to identify and qualify leads. Proficiency in using CRM tools like HubSpot is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also necessary to work collaboratively across teams to achieve business goals.
