Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Liaison Specialist to join our team in Ernakulam. This role involves building strong relationships with customers, handling their inquiries, and providing solutions to meet their needs.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt and professional solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that customers receive excellent service and support.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills.

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this role is ₹350,000 - ₹500,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities for growth and development.
