Key Account Growth Manager

Nexgen, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Growth Manager to join our team.
The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year.
As a Key Account Growth Manager at Nexgen, Inc, you will be responsible for taking ownership of the complete sales cycle starting from prospecting till sales conversion.
You will lead generation through inside sales and database management.
Your primary focus will be on giving directions on different channels to build a reliable database, setting targets for the inside sales team, and ensuring those targets are met.
You will also need to manage and segregate the database according to the sales strategy and maintain a clean database based on sales calls.
An additional responsibility will be managing tele calling, which includes having very good persuasive communication skills in English, managing a team of tele callers, creating effective tele calling scripts, having previous experience in tele calling, meeting tele calling targets, and working on different time zones.
You will also oversee email campaigns, requiring very good persuasive written skills in English, running regular email campaigns, good knowledge of email marketing tools like YMLP or Mail Chimp, and analyzing each campaign's effectiveness.
Sales lead nurturing is another key aspect, where you will develop value propositions collateral for clients, have good knowledge of building competitive sales proposals with specific value propositions for clients, and act as an interface between potential clients and the development team during the sales closure phase and other phases when required.
