Key Accounts Executive

About the Role:
Otis is a leading elevator and escalator manufacturing, installation, and service company. We are seeking a Key Accounts Executive to achieve sales growth through main areas of responsibility: maintaining an existing portfolio & obtaining new business.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of elevator units through maintaining good working relationships with existing customers.
- Serve as primary contact for timely resolution of customer needs, new inquiries, and sales negotiations.
- Develop a sales strategy to achieve sales targets, ensuring profitability.
- Use Otis' sales tools to effectively track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results.
Requirements:
- Business or technical degree or business administrator.
- Initial experience in the sale of technical products requiring consultation.
- Strong customer service skills, including excellent interpersonal skills.
- High level of commitment and reliability, with a drive to deliver results.
- Target focused, with the ability to work at pace in a demanding, complex, corporate organization.
