Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Development Specialist to join our team. This dynamic role involves developing and maintaining client relationships, understanding their staffing needs, and ensuring our services exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and grow existing client relationships in the Technology and IT staffing sector.
  • Create new business opportunities and expand our client portfolio through proactive outreach and engagement.
  • Understand clients' technical staffing requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues promptly to maintain a high level of customer service.
  • Prepare and present regular account status reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate client information in CRM systems, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, driving revenue growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements, delivering exceptional results and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field, with a strong foundation in business principles and practices.
  • 2-5 years of experience in account management within the Technology and IT staffing industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of IT environments and emerging technologies, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify key trends and insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Outstanding negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding creative solutions that drive business growth and success.
  • Proficiency with CRM/ATS and VMS platforms, with the ability to leverage technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
