Account Manager Role

This role requires a skilled professional to manage client relationships, building and retaining IT services and staffing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand existing client relationships.
  • Translate client goals into actionable plans, ensuring delivery of high-quality services and adherence to service level agreements.
  • Manage contracts, negotiate renewals, invoicing, and collections to optimize revenue growth.
  • Maintain a network of qualified candidates aligned with client needs, improving time-to-fill metrics.
  • Monitor account health, pipeline performance, and forecasts to identify potential risks and drive resolutions.

Requirements:

  • 1–5 years of experience in account management or business development within the IT services or consulting industries.
  • Proven track record of revenue growth, with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Contract negotiation and billing/invoicing expertise.
  • Working knowledge of software development life cycles and agile methodologies.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience working with managed service providers (MSPs) and vendor management systems (VMS).
  • Knowledge of recruitment operations, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate submission quality.
