Senior Executive Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive to oversee our day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring seamless execution and maintaining accurate documentation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily accounting operations with utmost efficiency, guaranteeing timely completion of tasks and precise record-keeping.
  • Support the preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly closing activities, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.
  • Maintain strict compliance with relevant statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other governing regulations.
  • Ensure the successful completion of internal and statutory audits, adhering to the highest standards of accuracy and timeliness.
  • Facilitate reconciliations for bank, vendor, customer, inter-company transactions, and other pertinent accounts, guaranteeing transparency and consistency.
  • Collaborate in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis, delivering actionable recommendations for strategic business decisions.
  • Monitor working capital effectively, including receivables follow-up and vendor payments, to ensure optimal cash flow management.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain streamlined financial processes and facilitate effective communication.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

A Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA-Inter) with 3–4 years of relevant experience is required. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory compliance.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems, preferably SAP/Tally, is essential. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, are also necessary.

A strong attention to detail and time-management skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively, are critical for success in this role.
