About the position
We are looking for a skilled Account Manager to oversee key accounts and drive growth in IT services/staffing. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing delivery plans that meet client goals and ensure SLA adherence and quality.
- Owning key accounts: identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and acquiring new business
- Translating client objectives into actionable delivery plans; ensuring timely and high-quality execution
- Managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs), negotiations, renewals, invoicing, and collections
- Maintaining a network of qualified candidates aligned with client demand; improving time-to-hire
- Tracking account health, pipeline, and forecasts; flagging potential risks and driving resolutions
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are seeking individuals with 1–5 years of experience in Account Management or Business Development in IT Services/Consulting or IT Staffing. Proven track records of revenue growth and strong stakeholder management skills are essential.
- Contract management, negotiation, billing/invoicing experience
- Working knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
Desirable Skills
- Managed Service Provider (MSP)/Vendor Management System (VMS) experience; rate card management, compliance, and SLA governance
- Prior recruitment operations exposure (ATS, candidate submission quality)
