We are seeking an experienced Account Relationship Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have professional experience in the BFSI industry, with a background in sales or relationship management.
This role is crucial for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management & Sales:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase business growth.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by selling a range of banking products and services, including loans, savings accounts, and credit cards.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and market research.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to promote banking products and services.
- Collaboration & Issue Resolution:
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Professional experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in sales or relationship management.
- Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.
- Experience working in a small finance bank or similar institution is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify new business opportunities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
