Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and CRM software. Soft Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for customer acquisition. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to convert prospects into clients. High problem-solving capability to handle customer queries efficiently. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
