Familiarity with stock markets, financial products, and investment platforms. Understanding of KYC norms, SEBI guidelines, and compliance policies. Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and CRM software. Soft Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for customer acquisition. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to convert prospects into clients. High problem-solving capability to handle customer queries efficiently. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
