We are looking to hire an experienced customer care professional with excellent communication and presentation abilities. This key member of our customer-facing department will be responsible for managing large volumes of emails, calls, and other customer interactions.
The ideal candidate will possess strong phone handling skills, proven customer support experience, and the ability to generate sales leads, coordinate with customers, and build long-term relationships through open and interactive communication.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing customer interactions via email, phone, and other channels
- Generating sales leads and identifying new business opportunities
- Coordinating with customers to resolve queries and concerns
- Building sustainable relationships with customer accounts
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and processing customer accounts
