Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in your designated region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight and management of B2B relationships with educational institutions
  • Development and implementation of strategies to onboard new clients and ensure sustainable growth
  • Proactive identification of opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts
  • Onboarding of new educational institutions and support during the initial stages of adoption
  • Training and support of clients to ensure they are equipped to use our platform effectively

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably in EdTech or Portal Promotion
  • Prior experience in managing B2B accounts, especially within the education sector
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong ability to build relationships and manage accounts effectively
  • In-depth knowledge of the EdTech industry and familiarity with CRM tools
