
Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Business Growth Specialist to join our team.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to build long-term relationships with clients, address their concerns and complaints, and create plans to address their business needs.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, a high level of motivation and a willingness to learn, excellent organizational and time management skills, and a passion and desire to excel in a business development role.
In this full-time role, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, receive comprehensive training and mentorship, and collaborate with internal teams to address clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Build relationships with key employees among clients
- Address clients' concerns and complaints
- Create plans to address clients' business needs
- Advise clients on creating profitable processes
- Schedule regular meetings with clients to ensure they are satisfied
- Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, engineers, senior management, operations)
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of motivation and a willingness to learn
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- A passion and a desire to excel in a business development role
