Job Description:
Role Overview: We are seeking an accomplished Client Solutions Leader to shape the growth strategy of our Resource Management division. As a strategic business leader, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, understand evolving business challenges, and design workforce solutions that create measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute long-term business development strategies to expand market share, establish high-level relationships with senior executives, identify workforce challenges, and deliver tailored solutions that drive client success while ensuring scalability and cost optimization.
Requirements: 10–20 years' experience in business development, client relations, or staffing/consulting, demonstrated expertise in the GCC (Global Capability Centers) market with deep networks and relationships across technology-driven enterprises, proven success in building executive-level partnerships, managing complex accounts, and driving multi-million-dollar growth portfolios.
