
Senior Business Development Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic bid manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for researching, strategizing, and crafting compelling proposals that showcase our in-house model, creativity, and business impact.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in bid management, proposal writing, or business development within creative agencies, marketing services, or integrated communications. They will have a proven track record of winning large-scale, multi-market contracts and possess exceptional storytelling, content writing, and stakeholder management skills.
The successful candidate will have experience with Gen AI, automation tools, MS Office Suite, and familiarity with agency workflows. They will also have an understanding of marketing delivery channels (digital, content, social, video production, tech-enabled marketing) and experience with procurement portals.
In addition to their technical skills, the ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with global and local teams.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end bid process from opportunity identification through final submission, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
- Conduct research to influence new business opportunities and create an impact on business proposals.
- Develop winning strategies that clearly articulate our value proposition, in-house model benefits, Gen AI, and creative capabilities.
- Collaborate with global and local teams to align solutions with client needs.
- Implement Gen AI in research tasks and day-to-day activities.
- Craft impactful case studies, storytelling decks, and draft proposals that resonate with senior decision-makers.
- Maintain a library of high-quality case studies, credentials, and proposal assets to accelerate future bids.
- Ensure bid governance, quality assurance, and adherence to brand standards.
- Track bid performance metrics, analyse win/loss trends, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
