Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to join our Inside Sales team at Cavitak. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and be able to manage and grow a high-performing sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales targets and ensuring seamless workflow and communication across departments.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Lead the Inside Sales team to achieve set targets by providing guidance, support, and constructive feedback.
- Track, monitor, and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
- Supervise daily activities, offering training and upskilling opportunities to foster continuous development and growth within the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and efficient communication.
- Oversee BOQ submission and ensure accuracy in sales documentation.
Requirements
To succeed as our Team Lead, you must have:
- Proven experience in Inside Sales, preferably with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Strong knowledge of the technology distribution sector.
- Able to inspire, mentor, and drive a team towards achieving sales targets.
- An analytical mindset to monitor sales metrics and optimize performance.
- A proactive approach with the ability to identify new sales opportunities.
What We Offer
In this role, you can expect a competitive salary range of ₹8.5 lakhs - ₹11.5 lakhs per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will have opportunities for growth and professional development within our dynamic organization.
