Role Overview:

This is a senior leadership position that requires a proven track record of success in Inside Sales. The successful candidate will lead a team of sales professionals and drive business growth through strategic planning, execution, and results-oriented leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Leading and managing a high-performing sales team.
  • Identifying new sales opportunities and developing plans to capitalize on them.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales metrics to optimize performance.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an Inside Sales role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
  • Proven leadership and management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to optimize performance.

Estimated Salary Range: ₹15 Lakhs - ₹25 Lakhs per annum.
