Estimated salary: ₹8,00,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum (based on location and experience).

About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to maximize our sales team potential, craft sales plans, and justify them to upper management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team;
  • Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence;
  • Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs;
  • Managing and resolving all customers' post-sales queries from accounting to construction progress, internal concerns, and post-handover concerns;
  • Presenting sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team;
  • Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status;
  • Developing a network and engaging with various channel partners/brokers & promoting sales.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 4+ years of work experience in areas of sales/marketing development;
  • Work exposure to real estate;
  • Ahmedabad/Gujarat based candidates preferred.
