Job Description:

We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Sales Team Lead to assist the sales manager with the day-to-day running of our retail store in The Leaders Hive. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of developing strategies to improve sales, effectively handling customer complaints, and assisting with the recruitment of sales staff.

As a key member of our team, the successful Sales Team Lead will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Supervising and guiding the sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitoring the performance of the sales team and providing coaching and feedback as needed.
  • Ensuring that the store is clean and well-maintained at all times.
  • Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in sales and customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong management and leadership skills.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
