We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Team Lead to join our Livspace team in a key role that will drive sales growth and excellence.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to lead a high-performing sales team, own the sales funnel, and deliver outstanding results.

You will be responsible for driving sales closure, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective relationship management.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong track record of leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and train a team to achieve their targets.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 6-10 designers to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Own the sales funnel, ensure timely project closures, and optimize conversion rates.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue, identify new business opportunities, and expand existing relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience and efficient project delivery.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design, or relevant work experience in B2C Business Development and Growth.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of delivering sales targets and growing business.
  • Strong managerial experience, with a minimum of 12 months of leading a team.
