About the Role:

This is a leadership position that requires a strong background in Inside Sales, with experience in leading and managing high-performing sales teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning, execution, and results-oriented leadership.

Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Leading and managing a high-performing sales team.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales metrics to optimize performance.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an Inside Sales role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
  • Proven leadership and management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to optimize performance.

Estimated Salary Range: ₹18 Lakhs - ₹28 Lakhs per annum.
