Sales Force Operations Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Force Operations Manager to join our team at Ahmedabad University. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the university's Salesforce implementation and marketing efforts, integration with Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud, and providing technical support to users.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing user accounts, roles, and profiles, configuring and maintaining Salesforce settings, including custom objects, fields, and layouts, troubleshooting and resolving Salesforce-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Administration: Manage user accounts, roles, and profiles; configure and maintain Salesforce settings, including custom objects, fields, and layouts; troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues.
- Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud Integration: Integrate Salesforce with Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud to enable seamless data flow and automation; configure and manage Cloud journeys, email templates, and landing pages; assist with data segmentation, personalisation, and campaign management.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement workflows, approvals, and automation rules to streamline processes.
- Reporting and Analytics: Create custom reports and dashboards to provide valuable insights.
- User Support: Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce, Marketing Cloud features, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Expertise: Expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in computer science would be advantageous.
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator in a similar environment.
- Certification: Certification in Salesforce administration.
