Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Telesales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales operations, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective customer engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls and provide detailed information about our products and services.
  • Contact existing and prospective customers using established scripts.
  • Collect customer data and other relevant information.
  • Engage with customers to understand their specifications and preferences.
  • Resolve customer queries and issues related to our products and services.
  • Record sales phone calls and deals.
  • Process orders professionally and maintain accurate customer databases.
  • Suggest solutions tailored to customers' needs and requirements.
  • Analyze data to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.
  • Support the sales team in planning and operational tasks to achieve business objectives.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators to drive strategic business decisions.
  • Ensure sales process adoption and compliance, identifying areas for improvement.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or Telesales roles, preferably in the Media & Entertainment industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly goal-driven with ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Adaptable and resilient in changing work conditions.
