Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team at QARMATEK SERVICES. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day activities of our finance department.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. You will also have a strong attention to detail and be proficient in using financial software packages such as Tally.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around ₹250,000 - ₹300,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  1. Cash Handling: You will be responsible for handling cash transactions, including making change and balancing the cash register.
  2. Purchase Orders and Journal Entries: You will need to create and manage purchase orders and journal entries in Tally, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
  3. Invoice Verification: You will verify invoices for accuracy and completeness, ensuring that all necessary information is included.
  4. Follow-up on Payments: You will follow up with clients to ensure prompt payment of invoices.
  5. Document Filing: You will maintain accurate and organized filing systems for financial documents.
  6. GST and TDS Compliance: You will ensure compliance with GST and TDS regulations, including accurate reporting and payment of taxes.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Tally and Microsoft Office software packages.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
